Jacky Sherman`s Story
After a successful career in the NHS where she was, the CEO at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital Jacky managed her own business for 9 years as a Director of &Coaching Ltd. She joined Asentiv as a client, and after seeing how it improved her business success, she joined the team as the Franchise Owner of Northamptonshire in 2011.
Jacky is experienced and skilled in business development and strategy. She understands the challenges and pressures businesses owners and directors face as well as the affect this has on their relationships at work. Jacky has also trained a number of business owners, directors and managers on leadership and coaching in order to improve the running, efficiency and culture of the business with significant results and business benefits and she brings these skills to bear in training her Asentiv clients to achieve their business ambitions.
Asentiv methods gave me a clear sense of direction and stopped me getting off at the wrong stop in my networking. Yes, the methods helped me to considerably increase my income. If that were all there was to it then I would have just remained a client. What made me buy into the company was that deeper sense of purpose.
To build communities of like-minded people who together generate amazing business and have a spectacular life. I know when my clients get those “aha” moments of true learning that they are on the right path and won’t get lost. Then they become more successful, and that helps their family, friends and their business and personal communities. What a fantastic way to earn a living.
Jacky The Author
For the last 3 years I have written a weekly blog on a variety of subjects designed to stimulate deeper thinking in my readers around referral marketing and relationships in general. Writing every week is a challenge but one I enjoy. I draw heavily on the real experiences, success and concerns of the people I know and work with. They are my own views, experience and reading around the subject in question, some serious and others taking a lighter look at the subject.
What I like about this style of writing is that it is far more dynamic than a book. I have a loyal readership who share my blog far and wide which has led to some interesting conversations with people with a diverse range of views on the subject.
Jacky The Speaker
I enjoy public speaking and am happiest when this means I can engage the audience directly with some active participation. I love having to react in the moment to the real life scenarios that emerge directly from the audience, especially if it is done with an element of fun. It is not unlike being a game show host.
Jacky The Coach
Referral marketing can seem simple but it’s not easy. I combine mentoring with coaching to ensure my clients get the right knowledge and then find the best way to apply that in their own style. This means they put the techniques into practice until it becomes just the way they do business. For me, it’s about finding the key that unlocks the potential in each individual whether I’m working with them individually or in a group.
