I understand how important referrals are to my business and I am a great believer in my referral marketing. I attended an Elevate Your Referrals with Ease run by Brian Gates and decided that what he was talking about was in line with what I knew worked for my business and I had to learn more.
As the MD, if I could learn better principles it would be a great opportunity for me to learn and to cascade this down to my team.
What I liked about the programme was applying the actions and being held accountable within the group. Working on this strategy has helped us to strengthen our relationships with our partners and has helped us to give back which has led to better referrals and growth.
