ECC Workshop

ECC stands for Emotionally Charged Connection and helps us to shape and understand our “Why” and gets to the heart of why we do what we do.  During this morning session we will be working with you and helping you to understand your ECC and how it helps you make better and stronger connections and leads to more referrals.

Vision Workshop

In the afternoon session we will work on your vision.  A vision transforms an organisation by providing a picture of what could be. It is a catalyst that can compel an organisation to move towards that dream. As dreams come true, or realities change, so does the vision. A vision is a goal of the highest order.

A vision also indicates how an organisation will act. A vision aligns people in activities that cut across the organisation and facilitates good goal setting and planning.

In this workshops we will help you understand and identify what your company vision is, and how to convey it to others.
